Training Needs Analysis

Training Needs Analysis identifies the gaps in employee skills needed to achieve an organisation's strategic goals.  It involves a staff skills audit to quantify the current situation and consultation with the senior management team to identify the organisation's future skills needs in line with their business objectives.

Gap Training

Gap Training enables your workforce to be trained in the skills needed to succeed. Only relevant units of competency that align with industry skills sets recognised in the wider workplace are taught. SkillsTech Australia provides flexible and responsive training delivery on- and off-site to meet the needs of clients.

Funding source advice

The federal government and peak industry bodies are placing considerable focus on the need to upskill Australian employees. To ensure this happens, a number of funded training initiatives have been developed to assist organisations offset commercial training costs. SkillsTech Australia provides consultancy services to demystify the VET sector and can advise your organisation how to access funding sources.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments

Recognition of Prior Learning identifies the skills and abilities employees currently hold that have been gained via formal or informal learning, education and work experience. The formal recognition of skills can enable employees to fast-track training, saving time and money as employees don't need to study for units of competency already gained through experience.

Job Modelling

Job Modelling is the process that clearly identifies all tasks associated with a particular job, and the skills needed to effectively and safely perform that job. The Job Modelling process is focused on enhanced organisational productivity and the opportunity to give workers access to competency-based career progression.

Online innovation

SkillsTech Australia identifies and sources the development of innovative products to meet the needs of clients seeking work-based, distance and online learning. We provide advice on online learning, custom-built online content, rapid e-learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS), 3D, interactivity and articulate learning tools.
