How to enrol
Enrol in person, call, fax or post in your application.
Enrol in person
Visit the Customer Service Centres at Acacia Ridge, Bracken Ridge, Eagle Farm, Loganlea, Mt Gravatt, Salisbury, Ithaca, Alexandra Hills or Yeronga training centres. Visit the campus location page for location details.
Pay by credit card, cheque, EFTPOS, cash or money order (payable to SkillsTech Australia).

Please note the following:
When enrolling in non-apprenticeship programs, contact the institute once you have decided on a program or course. The following information will then be supplied to you:
- client selection, enrolment and induction/orientation procedures
- courses information, including content and vocational outcomes
- fees and charges, including refund policy and fee exemption, for example: extreme financial hardship
- provision for language, literacy and numeracy assessment
- client support, including any external support the institute has arranged for clients
- flexible learning and assessment procedures
- welfare and guidance services
- appeals, complaints and grievance procedures
- disciplinary procedures
- staff and student responsibilities for access, equality and legislative requirements, for example: sexual harassment
- mutual recognition obligations
- recognition of prior learning arrangements
- facilities, equipment, environment, learning/teaching styles and
- services and contact details for the institute International Student Officer.*
*Specific to international students.
- You must meet all specified pre-requisites, co-requisites and entry requirements to be eligible for consideration for program admission.
- You must complete enrolment forms prior to enrolment. If you are located in a remote area we will be able to mail or fax these to you! This is a requirement of our Institute.
- Program fees are paid at the time of enrolment. Please contact the Customer service centre for up-to-date fee details and to arrange payment plans where eligible. This is a requirement of our Institute.
QTAC entry
Application for some full-time diploma programs must be made via the Queensland Tertiary Admission Centre (QTAC).

Change of personal details
If your personal details change you must update the information. You can do this online at TAFE Queensland's Student Self Service or you can contact the Customer service centre. This helps us to send results and other important information to you on time.
