Prospective students

High school students

High school students have two options:

  1. Study a trade while still at school with a VET in Schools program

    OR

  2. Study at TAFE and combine your senior studies Certificate of Education with a pre-apprenticeship program

School leavers

Study a pre-apprenticeship program, diploma or advanced diploma either full or part-time. For more information view the SkillsTech Australia Program Guide (PDF, 2.4 MB).

Apprentices and trainees

SkillsTech Australia works closely with industry to develop and deliver trade and technician training for apprentices and trainees.

Mature age students

Study a pre-apprenticeship program, diploma, advanced diploma or post trade program either full or part-time. For more information view the SkillsTech Australia Program Guide.

Previous work experience and study can reduce the time required to gain a trade qualification. Find out about Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

International students

International students can study programs from certificate to advanced diploma level. Some courses offer pathways to university. Graduates will gain the skills and knowledge to enter the workforce.
