Support services
SkillsTech Australia has a highly qualified support services team that works closely with educational staff to provide a supportive learning environment for all students.
Support service staff will provide support to you during your studies and after completion of your course. If you would like support during your studies please book an appointment with one of our support service staff.
Services include:
Career and personal counselling
Once you enrol as a student with SkillsTech Australia, on-campus counselling on career and/or personal concerns is available to assist you in gaining your qualification/s.
Indigenous student support officer
An Indigenous student support officer is available to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with a range of study related enquiries.
International student support officer
There is a variety of support available to international students at no additional cost while studying at SkillsTech Australia.
Learning support
Learning support services are available to SkillsTech Australia students enroled in a vocational qualification.
Disability support
SkillsTech Australia has a range of services available to students with disabilities to ensure that the learning experience is as enjoyable and valuable as possible.
Queensland Government training and employment support
Gain up to date information on local employment opportunities, career pathways and training options along with information to help you work out what skills you already have, how to get them formally recognised and what skills you need to gain to get the job you want.
